Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can help us to complete data migration from one member management software to another. This person will be a key to completing very complex datasets in a time-sensitive project and will need to sign an NDA. This is a part-time project basis gig and has the potential to be permanent in future when company expands.

Data Analyst job description for the project:

Using tools and reports to extract data from primary and secondary sources and software.
Fixing corrupted data and fixing errors and related problems in the data import, cleansing and preparing data based on the new criteria in the new software
Creating the spreadsheets for the data import and confirming accuracy with manually checking
Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data
Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret issues in complex data sets for the diagnosis and prediction

As a Data Analyst, you should possess the following skills:

Proven working experience in data analysis, data analytics and data mining
Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
Knowledge of programming languages like SQL etc
Technical proficiency in database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.
Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages to be used for data set analyzing
Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets in order to find solutions
Problem-solving skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Adept at queries, writing reports
