Customer Support Agent | VA | Store manager

Are you an expert in Customer Service, know everything about Shopify and speak fluent English? Then we are looking for you!

For our fast growing company we are looking for a new employee who can strengthen our team with Customer Service and other tasks in our company.

We have a webshop focused on the German market and sell mainly clothing.

We are looking for someone who can take over customer service completely. This will include answering questions from customers as well as reviewing and handling return requests. We also insist that customers get an answer within 24 hours, so we expect this to be answered within 24 hours.

We also have additional tasks that need to be taken care of in Shopify. This will involve inserting products, adjusting prices, adjusting variants and basically making sure the products are completely ready for us to put them online.

Requirements:

* Experience in customer service.
* Experience in Shopify is a must!
* Fluent English speaking and typing
* Experience editing photos for the products
* Experience in handling Disputes in Klarna & PayPal
