About GNO Partners:
GNO Partners is a fast-growing Consultancy firm. We provide customized consultancy services, including coaching programs and business training materials to help Amazon FBA brand owners increase revenue and profitability.
Services include strategic and tactical business training and access to proprietary resources to improve sales, profitability, supply chain, systems, and processes.
GNO Partners was founded by Gal and Ouriel, who built two brands in 2018, reached above 8-figure in total sales, and exited the brands at the end of 2021.
Our goal now is to record all their knowledge, pass it to our clients and lead them to similar success with their brands.
Our Company mission is to increase our client's top and bottom lines by being their strategic partner and giving them valuable advice, strategies, and training based on their unique situations.
About the role
We are currently building hundreds of different training for our clients, which is the core of our product.
As we are building the main program, most of the role will be building it with us.
Shortly, when we finish building the program, the role will be divided into 2 parts:
1st Part - Related to the program,
Updating our training
Learning new cutting-edge strategies and testing them on our client's account and documenting them
Continuously adding new guides and SOPs to our library, and overall increasing the value of our program.
2nd Part - Account Management
You will need to guide, coach, and consult our clients in weekly calls.
During the weekly calls, you will also find issues and opportunities in our client's businesses and brands and share with them the internal SOPs, training, and guides we created that help them with a potential solution. (Training will be provided to guide these calls)
Responsibilities / Projects:
Managing and working with current team members and freelancers to build additional training, guides, and SOPs related to optimizing our client's Amazon brands, for example, launching; existing products, current products in additional marketplaces, new variations, and brand-new products. Another example will be internal SOPs for our new client’s brand analysis process.
Learning all our internal processes and guides to manage a high 7-figure brand and leading an optimization project for those processes that will include more automation (API connections and Gsheet formulas), better assistance with decision-making (rule-based formulas & scripts), better-looking interfaces, and easier integrations in our client's businesses (working with freelancers).
Assist in hiring and managing virtual assistants/ team members to assist and execute different types of work in the Company.
The ideal candidate has
Amazon FBA - Ideally, you know everything about amazon (Inside Out), from growing a brand from zero to 6 to 8 figures. We are not looking for a small seller experience but someone with great results to show. If this is not you, please don’t apply.
Amazon PPC - Noteworthy understanding of Amazon PPC and Amazon marketing concerning organic ranking.
Google Sheets - Good practical experience with Google Sheets formulas.
Working with Freelancers and remote teams is a must for this role. We expect someone who has managed and trained teams from different cultures and time zones.
Managing and leading projects Effectively is a must for this role. You must have time management skills and experience prioritizing multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
Experience with project management tools like Asana.
Strong ability to be self-managed to achieve current goals.
