Video Editor for Corporate Talking Head/Interviews

I'm looking for an editor who is able to create an impact on interview-based videos for corporates.

Here is an example:

You must be able to:
- find, shortlist and select the best soundbites from 10-30min interviews
- work with proxies in Premiere Pro (not importing them)
- use music editing to create a flow in the video
- work with safe margins, brand guides, etc.
- download and store proxy files between 20GB - 80GB in size

NOTE:
- No agencies.
- We go by a project cost instead of hourly cost.
- Clients will be involved in the revision process.
- Please indicate if you have a revision limit.
