We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with our Marketing and Sales department.

What This Role Entails
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals
- Working with social media tools such as tiktok, instagram, etc.
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and campaign
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
- Able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
