Job Scope:
1. Support Account Executive to ensure GHL (GoHighLevel) is working according to IceCube & client business need.
2. Support GHL setup & daily operation, be the key incharge of GHL
3. Research, experiment & test on new features and help demo to management as well as client
4. Self troubleshooting & debugging GHL
5. Create ticket with GHL support & follow up if beyond our capability
6. Admin support in any task request (eg. database research), beyond just GHL
7. Prepare PPT deck for GHL report
8. Self-directed filming of GHL demo & instruction video to support our client
9. Basic Wordpress design & Photoshop editing
10. Basic Zapier & Webhook integration

Requirements:
- Fast and stable internet connection is a MUST
- Basic spoken & written in English language
- GHL experience (esp Opportunities & Workflow) is required, with admin & design capabilities is a bonus.
- Must be able to learn fast on the job and have a good positive attitude
- independent, yet willing to communicate with team
- Accountable and responsible with integrity
- Able to do research to find out how to solve a problem on your own
