FB Ads Creative Person [Full Time]

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative person with expertise in creating texts and video ads for a variety paid traffic platforms. You would be the point person that would research, conceptualize, and strategize the texts and video ad creative for a particular ad platform. You will need to work within a team, be able to take and follow directions, be able to work fast, and be detail-oriented.

Skills and Requirements:
— Degree in advertising and other related fields
— Preferably with at least two or more years of experience in the same field
— Solid knowledge and experience in creative ads creation, planning, and scheduling
— Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite is required
— Effective communication skills and creative English writing skills with attention to
grammar
— A positive working attitude and ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
— Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
— Ability to keep all critical information private (confidentiality)
— Tech-Savvy
— Has a reliable working PC, a stable internet connection, and a noise-canceling headset
— Good Typing Skills
— Ability to maintain brand consistency and accuracy in any task
— Comfortable working with a time-tracking too

Duties and Responsibilities:
— Researching, creating and writing Text Ads
— Testing created ads on Organic Social
— Make sure that Text Ads plans are ready every time the company runs an offer in all of
the company’s brands
— Researching, writing, and creating video ad plans
— Testing created video plans on Organic Social
— Make sure that Video Ads plans are ready every time the company runs an offer in all of
the company’s brands
— Researching and creating Landers
— Researching audiences and interests and ensuring that a number of audiences and
interests are ready before the company runs offers
— Take part in the any work-related training sessions, and act as the team's information
source for new learning and training material

About our Company:
Exercises For Injuries has been operating since 1999, and we constantly expand our workforce. We have employed several virtual assistants for more than ten years, and the primary virtual assistant has been with me for over ten years. Currently, our company has more than 60 full-time virtual assistants.

We're seeking someone self-motivated, resourceful, a problem solver, and who knows how to stay flexible and adaptable. Must be capable of completing projects on time with minimal supervision.

These are the most important tasks you will do daily. You must be open and comfortable doing this for a fixed 8-hour shift / 5 days a week. We operate 24/7, and you must be open to rotational shift work.
