Technical Recruiter

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with Account Managers to determine qualified staffing needs
Proactively develop, drive, and execute search strategies to recruit candidates
Effectively recruit IT professionals in a time-sensitive environment
Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients on a regular basis
Serve as the internal expert on your candidate portfolio (daily/weekly reporting)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment
Excellent communication skills
Amenable to working on a hybrid set-up (Location: Makati)
