RTM Resident Services Coordinator / Admin Assistant

Answer Resident Questions
- Account Questions
- Maintenance Requests
Accept Rent Payments
- Provide Payment option instructions
Receive / distribute phone calls and
- Residents, Investors, Accounting, Property Managers, Maintenance, Vice President & President
Paperwork Filing (Digital)
Track and Order Office Supplies
- Always have the needed supplies on hand so the office never runs short on any supplies
Data Entry - New Property Onboarding
- Setting up investors, properties, units & residents in Rent Manager
New Resident Leases & Lease Renewals
- Determine if renewal is offered
- Present Lease Renewal Offer
- Create Lease Renewal
- Update Resident account
- Have lease renewals signed and back from the resident 30 days prior to the lease expiration date
Lease Compliance
- Successfully resolve lease violations within 10 business days of violation being reported.
Resident Move-Out Coordination
Admin duties for Vice President of Operations and President
Report Creation
Assist with Team Hiring Process
Assist VPO with new hire applications / hiring process as needed
Assist with Team Training Process
Assist VPO with new tea
Assist with Team Support
Assist VPO to cover open positions / vacations etc as

Real Estate experience helpful
Compensation:
$X-X / hr base plus 3 different performance based incentives.
Reviews:
90 Day Performance Review & Annual Reviews. Reviews however do not guarantee compensation increases.
Payroll:
Payroll is processed bi-weekly via direct deposit via Wise
Vacation / PTO:
Vacations are earned after the 1st 12 months of employment.
Vacation does not rollover year to year.
Years 1 - 5: Max 2 Weeks
Years 6 - 10: Max 3 Weeks
