JOB OVERVIEW

RigelNet is looking for Customer support candidates that can offer friendly customer support with technical problem-solving skills, good phone skills. The selected candidate will be working night shift to match the client time zone in the United States.

About RigelNet Software, we are software company that test and support clients that are in Mental Health and Substance Abuse. Job Duties:

The customer support will take more than a calls, and there are no call times, and we work to help the customers
Customer Support has to have the capability of being a fast learner,
Our behavioral health and mental health software has to work with the changes of the state's requirements.
Must have the ability to solve problems,
Spot issues within the software,
Document the "How To" files to help users with the software
Answer Tech support, customer support e-mails, chats, and calls
There is a lot of growth on this job, and we will help qualified candidates become great technical/customer ---------- ndidates will learn the software on Windows Technology, web and phone, and details in the Behavioral health and Mental Health Industry

Qualifications:

Reliable and Dependable
Previous customer/technical support experience.
Good Computer skills is a must
Phone support experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and detail oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good Analytical and problem-solving aptitude
Must be able to speak and write English fluently.
Team Player.
Must be independent, responsible & have a self-initiative.
Be able to learn software quick & fast.
Good understanding of Windows software; controls, menus, how they should work, etc.
Must be willing to work extended hours or overtime, if needed

Nice to Have:
Medical billing knowledge, x12 EDI files such as 837, 835, etc. is a big plus, but something you can learn as time goes on
Software testing skills a plus. Able to problem troubleshoot, analyze, and figure out issues with the software.
Some knowledge of hardware and ---------- ntal Health and Behavioral Health policy and knowledge.
