We currently have 5 tea ---------- mbers in the Philippines. A Tea ---------- mber will be dedicated to training and assisting you in this role.

About the role:

We need a Graphic designer /Marketing assistant who will manage administrative tasks for our content pieces.

We can guarantee you 40+ hours of work a week at the minimum! Starting schedule is 9am-5pm CT, Monday-Friday

What you'll do:

- Get familiar with our Squarespace website and interchange existing pieces on the homepage with new developments we provide for you
- Edit our YouTube videos: design simple title cards and ending cards, cut out filler words like “ums” and “ahhh”s, find key points from our webinars to cut into short highlight clips.
- Upload our YouTube videos to our YouTube page and write simple descriptions
-Design/edit and sending out our Newsletters
- Edit our marketing materials (Decks, one pagers and e-books)
- Check in web activity analytics on our website and YouTube channel for any useful insights

Qualifications:

- 3-4 years experience with Graphic design for a small or large company
-Someone with experience in editing a company deck
- Someone who takes the extra steps to get all the details right
- Someone who understands the important elements of design — symmetry, color matching, consistency, and attitude
- Someone who can write and comprehend English exceptionally well
- strong time management skills
- strong prioritization skills
-Experience with Squarespace is a plus
-Experience with Mailchimp is a plus
