I am seeking an individual to perform administrative duties. I need someone that will ensure projects are completed on time, clients' questions are answered, and communications are scheduled and sent out in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support in CRM system TravelJoy
Organize
Post to Company
Update Library items in Travefy
Assist with social media posting
Skills:
Ability to manage a calendar and schedule appointments
Proficiency with Google Suite
Knowledge of marketing, advertising, and public relations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with social media platforms
Proficiency with cloud-based platforms such as Google Docs
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
Skilled in data entry
Be willing to learn
Must have knowledge in (or be willing to learn) TravelJoy, Travefy, Trello, Sort'd.
Must be able to work on my time zone CST and available during work hours. Other arrangements can be made.
