Main responsibilities:
-Coding daily transactions
-Bank Reconciliations / Credit Card Reconciliations
-Invoice tracking and Accounts Payable
-Payroll processing prep (commissions tracking)
-State Sales Tax prep
-Warranty/Shipping claims (as needed)
-Weekly / Monthly report updates for specific metrics we track
Skills preferred:
- Minimum 1+ year existing experience in accounting/bookkeeping
- Extensive experience in Excel computation, formatting, and data organization
- Comfortable with administrative tasks
- Strong time management and ability to self manage
- Works fast and targets deadlines
- Proficient communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Netsuite experience is a plus
