Duties and responsibilities include:
Client Care:
o Assist Team Leader with client needs assessment, creation of job description and uploading client and job into LOXO.
o Handle
o Gather feedback from clients before and after interviews.
o Consult and coach client on what steps to take and provide market intelligence
Recruitment:
o Headhunt new candidates from external sources (i.e. LinkedIn)
o Search for candidates in LOXO (CRM database) for each new position
o Initiate communication with potential candidates
o Interview candidates
o Maintain LOXO database (purging, updating on a regular basis)
Team Support:
o Cover for Office Manager and Team Leaders when required
o Taking Ownership of projects and Team player
o Prompting tea
o Willingness to learn evolving technologies in real estate and recruitment
o Willingness to be there for the team
Must-have qualifications:
Superior communications skills (written/verbal), particular emphasis on written skills – ability to write
Graciously attend to all phone,
Extremely strong interpersonal and customer service skills,
Resourceful, ability to research to find the answer
Coachable, willingness to learn
Self-taught, takes initiative to teach oneself.
Ability to multi-task and juggle many priorities with exceptional organizational skills
A solid understanding of real estate positions in a team as well as a brokerage
Problem solving skills required especially with high end realtors and candidates
Ability to lead the conversation with clients/candidates while listening and taking notes
Manage workload and team’s expectations
The type of personality we're looking for is someone who thinks on their feet and is ok with saying "I don't know, let me get back to you" more importantly you say what you do and do what you say
Skills and Softwares:
Must have knowledge: DocuSign, Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram,
Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
