Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL FOCUS ON:
• Analyzing and interpreting data
• Downloading spreadsheets
• Knowing and learning the process and how short-term rental (STR) transaction works
• Organizing real estate markets and being able to understand the price to rent

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
• At least 2 years of real estate acquisition experience
• Previous B2C experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Proactive
• Knowledgeable in using these tools: Zoho, AirDNA, and other STR tools

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
• Proficient in using Roomvu
