The culture that we've built within our team is like a family. We are all Filipino and can understand Tagalog and Bisaya but we prefer English.

Currently, we have an expert marketing/media department that has been with us long term. We work with top talent, and we handle over 12+ real estate clients all over the United States.

About Us:
We are two young Filipino Entrepreneurs (currently 26yrs old) who grew up in the U.S. Paolo worked in corporate America and has his Real Estate & Mortgage License in ---------- ris has a Property Management Certification in California. We started our careers in Corporate America early at the ripe old age of 20. After working 80-100hr weeks for many years, we rose to the top of our respective companies. Together we also own multiple rental properties in the U.S. After proving ourselves in corporate America, we d ---------- to branch off and start our own ---------- bining our love and expertise in Real Estate and experience growing our own Personal Finance YouTube Channel, we combined the two to create our Real Estate YouTube Company . The company has been thriving largely thanks to the team of fellow Filipino workers who are already a part of the company.

We currently have 13 clients and we're looking to get many more.

Job Duties:

1.) Watch Youtube videos and come up with a title

2.) Do video descriptions & timestamps

3.) Schedule Youtube videos to upload in accordance with the upload schedule

4.) Retitle underperforming videos/communicate with the media team to strategize a new thumbnail title combo

5.) Assist tea ---------- mbers with other channel management tasks

6.) Respond to channel comments

7.) Attend 1-2 Weekly Skype Meetings alongside the rest of the team (all also Filipino)

We are looking for someone with a growth mindset. The company is growing at an incredible pace, in large part due to the amazing people who already work here and the culture. If we hire you full-time, you will be required to read the book of the month that the entire team reads. What's most important is that you have phenomenal English Speaking/Writing ability (9/10 or better); the rest can be learned with the right attitude.
