Sales Outreach Specialist (w/ PERFORMANCE BONUSES)

We are looking for a qualified outreach specialist to join our Digital Marketing Agency to book calls with qualified applicants using our proven process.

Job Responsibilities:
> To drive revenue and expand further reach for the company.
> To generate more leads for the company at a more scalable, efficient rate.
> Writing proposals and sending it to qualified job posts.
> Generating booked calls through other job sites.
> Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as your daily workflow and repetitive tasks.
> Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
> May also use email or other job sites to contact clients, both current and prospective, to answer any questions, schedule meetings with a salesperson, or reschedule meetings as needed.
> Provide support to a company’s sales team by scheduling appointments or let them book a call for them to speak with our salesperson.
> Tracking results in sales tracker + using asana to track prospects and keep the CRM up to date.

This will start as a part-time role that may grow full-time, and will include various commissions and bonuses based on your performance.
