Graphic Design Expert (Long Term): Design Marketing Materials, Social Graphics, for Kids Books

We're a successful children's book brand (we've sold millions of the books we created).

We need a long-term graphic designer, a permanent remote member of our team who can produce graphics for postcards, Facebook, Instagram, emails, and our website. Plus a few other design and marketing things.

First: We need quality graphics we can use for postcards, website, emails, etc.
Graphics need to look professional, and with a similar look to our other ads. You can recycle and use our illustrations and other design elements, but we need a pro to mix things up and make it look even better. And also create brand new concepts.
We also need simple social media type graphics and animated graphics. Stuff that will get attention on social media. Thumbnails for Youtube videos, ---------- cond: able to create very simple videos and slideshows for social media. This is not as important, and something that can be ---------- cludes editing some customer testimonial videos, with very simple cuts. Simple slideshow videos and other types of video for social media. Adding a visual effect to an image for an ad.

Third: Some simple animations and video work. Mostly just to draw attention to the other ads you design. But may include minor video editing.

We need someone who has an eye for detail, can work independently, and who REALLY likes to create graphics. The goal for us is to assign a concept or group of concepts, and have you bring us something that looks great. Less back and forth, and more you just "getting" our brand, and working to produce more without much hand ---------- munication- should be able to understand voice notes or written notes well, so you can ask clarifying questions, understand what is needed. Also, to work with the text in our graphics.
