JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience & understanding of creating high impact high conversion FB Ads campaigns.
- Extensive experience with & understanding of Facebook Ads Manager.
- Excellent project & time management skills specific to FB Ads & marketing.
- Deep understanding & hands-on experience with paid traffic acquisition in general.
- Deep understanding & hands-on experience with crafting strategies for Top of Funnel, Mid of Funnel, and Bottom of Funnel.
- Outstanding copywriting and copyediting abilities for FB Ads.
- Graphic Design / Video Editing skills & deep understanding of these elements for effective FB Ads.
- Ability to harness collaboration with the rest of the team, not only limited to but also (product photographer, social media assistant, etc) producing well-crafted, consistent content in line with our branding.


RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and monitoring a wide variety of FB Ads campaigns.
- Ensuring all Ad campaigns are as profitable as possible & constantly optimized.
- Creating well-written copy for FB Ads that resonates with our target audience.
- Creating, optimizing, monitoring and reporting on the utility of all FB Ads campaigns to the CEO.
