Call Center Agent

Job Purpose: To generate leads by taking inbound calls from customers requesting estimates and assist the sales team by actively looking for moving companies to sign up. Staff should also be ready to assist the sales team to promote other products or services.

Task:

Take inbound calls and convert them into leads

Responsible for looking for possible movers to sell the leads and submit complete information to the sales team

Assist the sales manager by referring possible movers for various services that the sales team can offer

Perform other tasks delegated by ranking officers. Qualifications: ? Must be college graduate

Preferably with at least 6 months sales experience

Must have at least 2 years BPO experience

Willing to work shifts and overtime

WFO only (Work from Office)
