JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire a content coordinator to help manage the process of sending content for review to the client through airtable, gathering feedback and notes, and sending that back to the content creators.

Our content creators primarily create posts for Facebook and Instagram. Your responsibility is to work with our content creators: manage the content to be sent for the client's approval, gather feedback and notes from the clients, and then relay that message back to the content creators so they can make necessary changes.

We need someone with:
1. Knowledge in using project management tools (ClickUp, Airtable, and Slack)
2. Excellent English writing skills
3. The ability to work well in a virtual team environment
4. The ability to work quickly and under pressure when needed (sometimes we have a high volume of new clients and other times, we are slower)
5. Great time management and organization skills. Someone who is proactive and doesn't need to be micromanaged.
6. An understanding of social media best practices

The schedule can be flexible, but we do like to have some overlap with our US hours as needed. The ability to work US hours is a plus but not required.
