Job Description
Support, respond and resolve tickets and messages from students, customers and clients.
TASKS:
Serve customers or students through resolving product and service issues
Provide information to keep them moving along in course
Send follow up
Track all check ins via google sheet
Send correct looms to troubleshoot more technical questions
Help create looms and screen shots to help better explain process
Shift: EST time (9am-6pm)
Days are Saturdays to Wednesdays or Saturdays to Thursdays (if you want 6 days a week)

REQUIREMENTS
High conversational English
Good Grasp of English and grammar
Attention to Detail
Highly organized
Knowledge of Zendesk is a plus but not required.
