Director of Operations

Direct Path Brands is seeking a highly detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Director of Operations to join our growing ---------- this role, you will be responsible for managing the leads of a range of critical functions, including inventory management, supply chain and logistics, warehousing and fulfillment, platform management (including Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart and other channel platform operations management), the customer service team, and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce operations management and a track record of success in similar roles. You should be comfortable working with systems and data, and have a strong ability to analyze and optimize processes to drive efficiency and improve performance. You should also be an excellent communicator and be able to effectively manage and motivate a team.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in operations management in the ecommerce industry
Strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain and logistics, and warehousing and fulfillment
Experience managing platform operations, including Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart and other channels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and team management skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Responsibilities:

Manage the leads of inventory management, supply chain and logistics, warehousing and fulfillment, platform operations, customer service, and quality assurance
Analyze and optimize processes to drive efficiency and improve performance
Communicate effectively with the executive team and other departments
Motivate and manage the operations team to achieve team and company goals
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
THE WHEN AND THE WHERE: This is a full-time remote work-from-home opportunity. Working hours are open for discussion, but will mostly follow EST hours.
