Email Marketing Account Manager

We're looking for an Account Manager who can conduct client facing and team/project management for our email marketing agency. Some SMS applications may be on different platforms, but everything email is exclusively on Klaviyo.

You will be responsible for:
- Communicating with clients through onboarding and project management
- Relay messages from clients to our team
- Relay messages from our team to clients
- Schedule video calls with clients
- Managing the team throughout projects
- Setting client expectations throughout projects
- Problem solving issues with email sends planned and email sends already delivered

The ideal candidate is someone who will be able to commit to a PST or ET operating time zone, is a strong english speaker, is good with people, possesses an analytical mind and can be heavily relied on for timely response and communication, and has extensive Email Marketing/Klaviyo experience.
