Looking for Experienced thumbnail designer for YouTube channel.

I run a couple of different Cash Cow YouTube channels and I am looking for a photoshop expert with experience creating YouTube Thumbnails. This will be great gig for someone who is looking to make some extra money on the side.

The main focus right now is in the Scary Videos genre, more channels will be added soon. I am looking for an experienced photo shop expert to join my team to create high quality, clickable thumbnails for my channel(s).

Right now our process is once my video guy has completed the initial draft of the video I will post it and give you the link to ---------- om that I need you to come up fantastic thumbnail to go along with it. I would prefer to have it be a specific scene or person in the video but it does not always have to be.

I want to have thumbnails inspired by these channels:

Sir Spooks

Slapped Ham
----------

Chills
----------

Nukes Top 5
----------

The videos will be about Ghost stories, Ghost hunters, and pretty much anything dealing with the paranormal. When you apply please include the word RED in your response and tell me about your previous experience with creating YouTube thumbnails. Samples of past work would be great.

Requirements:
- Advanced Experience using Photoshop or equivalent Graphic Design software
- Using WhatsApp to communicate with me and my team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and be able to provide the thumbnails within 3 to 4 days

Responsibilities:
- Create YouTube thumbnails
- Be reliable and willing to work with the team.
- Display a high level of professionalism at all times

I am looking for someone to work with long term and be able to adjust as things change. I will need anywhere from 3 to 5 thumbnails per week. This will go up as I start up new channels of course.

My goal is to narrow the list down to the top two or three candidates and at which time I will consider having a paid test to make my final decision.

I will pay $5 per thumbnail. There will be a 14 day probationary period to see how things work out with you and working with my team. During this time you will be paid once a week. Once past the probationary period you will be paid at the end of each month through G-Wallet.
