Instagram and Tiktok Influencer

I am looking for help with finding Instagram and TikTok influencers to help drive sales.

I need the Influencer to do UGC for reviews, unboxing videos, how to videos and advertising content

If you are really talented at finding micro influencers under 100K followers for free based in the US where I can send them product so they can create UGC, please let me know. I will pay them a 10% commission for all sales generated as long as I have the rights to use all UCG created for my website and advertising needs.
