Job Description
Franchise Ramp is the premier Digital Marketing Agency for Franchise Concepts. We were founded by two franchisees who worked with countless agencies that didn’t get franchising and didn’t specialize in Facebook Ads - and had enough! They figured it out on their own, and we are now on a mission to bring these skills and capabilities to the leading franchise brands. We specialize in consumer service brands in the health, wellness and fitness industries and we aim to help our brands acquire 10,000,000 new brand advocates.

Requirements:

We are seeking a Facebook Ads Duplication Specialist with a minimum of 3-5 years experience running Facebook & Google Ads. The applicant must be a detail oriented person and be able to execute duplication of paid internet campaigns for our clients. If you have a passion for Digital marketing and want to make a difference in this world, you may be the Rockstar we are looking for. This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing expert to take our digital ad program to the next level.

We also do Display, Video ads and other digital marketing services for our clients (e.g. directory listing management, Pinterest ads, Snapchat ads).

Experience in Facebook/IG & Google Search/Display is required. Experience in Pinterest and Snapchat is a plus, but not required.



Responsibilities:


Facebook
Campaign Duplication (90% of Time):

Duplicate campaigns, audiences, and ads across multiple facebook accounts

Campaign Management (10% of time):

Monitor Facebook/IG & Google Ad campaigns to ensure we are meeting key performance metrics.

When campaigns are not meeting key performance metrics, brainstorm additional strategies to implement (e.g. change objective, audience, placements, creative, offer, etc).

Conduct ad testing and data analysis to determine best performing and most successful campaigns/ads;

Conduct constant account optimization.

Manage business settings in Facebook Ads Manager

Ability to create cold traffic, and remarketing campaigns from front to back on Facebook/IG & Google

Ability to optimize ad spend budgets
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies.
