Thursday to Monday (Boutiques) & CKI/CKA on Sat/Sunday.
9am - 5.30pm (Melbourne Time), 1-hour lunch
Training to be conducted for 1-3 months Monday to Friday (9 to 5:30 pm)
Main tasks:
+Respond to and promote Corporate Keys to gain reservations via the chat service,
+Convert reservations and complete the process in a timely manner.
+Maintain leads tracking excel with all leads.
+Follow up all leads in a timely manner, update leads tracking excel with the outcome of each lead.
+Contact corporate companies to find the person responsible for booking accommodation.
*We will provide an IP-enabled phone to give you access to our worldwide team as well as accepting inbound reservation inquiries.
*Training and Comprehensive how-to guides available for all staff.
*6 staff already working remotely in the Philippines for our group.
Corporate Keys, a leading provider of fully furnished accommodation in Australia and New Zealand.
The successful applicant will possess the following skills:
- experience in a similar role - 2 years plus
- comfortable making outbound calls to guests both to follow up on proposals sent out
- attention to detail and a high level of accuracy;
- ability to follow documented procedures;
- able to provide references from work experience in similar roles.
Requirements:
- Stable Internet Access
- Ability to have a company-supplied VoIP Telephone connected and active on the work desk.
- Hours tracked via TimeDoctor or similar
- Ability to be contacted via phone and SMS/Messenger.

Corporate Apartments including Boutiques:
Reservations
Enter Long and Short Stay bookings into PMS (OSCAR/RMS) including credit card deductions following a checklist.
Process Booking cancellations including credit card refunds.
Actual Vacate Date Audits.
Respond to and promote Corporate Keys to gain reservations via the chat service,
Convert reservations and complete the process in a timely manner.
Maintain leads tracking excel with all leads.
Follow up all leads in a timely manner, update leads tracking excel with the outcome of each lead.
Contact corporate companies to find the person responsible for booking accommodation.
KPI’s
DAY TO DAY:
Respond to all inbound enquiries as instructed within 4 business hours.
Each booking must be entered within 3 business hours of being tagged. Same day arrival within 1 business hour.
Each enquiry to be added to the Leads Tracker
Each lead must be followed up and closed, Lead tracker to be updated with Yes (what they booked updated) or No (a detailed explanation of why the lead was not converted)
Must be logged in to chat service at all times
CKI Residences
Reservations
Respond to and promote Corporate Keys International properties to gain reservations via the chat service,
Respond to tickets and manage enquiries and changes to stay, rate, etc.
Convert reservations and complete the process in a timely manner.
Maintain leads tracking excel with all inbound leads.
Follow up all leads in a timely manner, update leads tracking excel with the outcome of each lead.
Contact corporate companies to find the person responsible for booking accommodation.
Provide ongoing assistance to guests including dealing with residences with any complaints, organising for changes in guest durations etc.
KPI’s
DAY TO DAY:
Respond to all inbound enquiries within 4 business hours.
Each enquiry to be added to the Leads Tracker
Each lead must be followed up and closed, Lead tracker to be updated with Yes (what they booked updated) or No (a detailed explanation of why the lead was not converted)
Any pending CKI Residence registrations to be followed up and notes added as to the reason they are not yet active on the CKI platform.
Contact new residences to sign up to either Hospital Stays and/or CKI as instructed.
Must be logged into chat service at all times
Systems
Working with programmers to ensure all new tasks and system changes and upgrades are completed and tested.
Hospital Stays
New Business Development:
Make contact with hotels and serviced apartments to introduce the Hospital Stays brand and its subscription offering.
Register properties contacted as well as keeping notes of outcomes.
