BundyPlus is a small Australian-based company. We help SMEs capture their workforce time and attendance, saving them time and money.
We are looking for a full-time customer success manager to work closely with our sales, development and implementation team. Ideally, we require a person who can work 9AM-5PM AEDT.
MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:
Managing churn and increasing customer retention
Improving customer experience
Driving account expansion with contextual offers and growing lifetime value
Collecting customer feedback and closing feedback loops
Building relationships by providing consistent value and fostering customer loyalty
Mapping customer success journeys to spot and remove friction
Liaising with the sales/dev team to understand customer needs
Liaising with the marketing team for better user insights

Excellent English speaking
