Job Summary:

The Go High Level Specialist is a core tea ---------- mber responsible for making sure the business’ backend tech systems are running smoothly at all, your main responsibility is to address any technical issues and keep our systems updated and running.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong technical and problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency to get things done quickly and accurately. You need to be able to think through problems and make sure you build everything out intelligently with the end goal in mind, asking questions and doing research to gain clarity when needed.

Tasks for this Role:
- Making sure that systems are working efficiently and properly
- Updating, backing up, maintaining, and troubleshooting current funnels
- Keeping our CRM tags organized and updated
- Troubleshooting technical issues across platforms and applications and provide support to daily operations and company events
- Building new or modifying existing campaigns to meet business needs
- Making sure tech integrations are working properly
- Noticing when changes or errors occur and implementing solutions
- Finding ways to automate and simplify our workflow

Experiences You Must Have:
- Advanced knowledge of Go HighLevel

- Great with finding creative solutions to tech issues

Requirements:
- Available US EST
- Must be available to rush in to solve any tech issues the company runs into
- Experience in GoHighLevel or Marketing CRM experience
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
- High-speed internet connection with backup service to minimize interruptions
