Cut up English Podcasts into Short TikToks. (Novices welcome)

I make TikToks for a living by cutting up long-form podcasts off YouTube into short catchy videos. The work is fun, interesting, and you learn new things every day. I'm looking for a special person that would be my apprentice, learning how to make videos and help increase my ---------- would be a part-time job to start, at 20 hours per week and pay $160/week.

Work:
Making cuts of podcasts (based on my time stamps), adding images/video screenshot off the internet, and creating accurate subtitles.

Must have:
- High English Level.
- Interest in podcasts and learning new things (ie. a good Googler, who searches to find the correct answer or learn more)
- Some expereince with video editing software (Premiere Pro preferred)

1) An English language test score and a sentence explaining your level of English.

3) 1-2 sentences explaining your video editing experience with link(s) to previous work (if you have)


The Podcasts have to do with finance, tech, politics, humor and entrepreneurship.

You'd be working with me primarily, though my business partner would help you too.
I live in Seoul, South Korea, so similar time zone to the Philipinnes. I was an English teacher for 10 years.
