About This Job:

We are looking for someone who is comfortable making sales calls and will work aggressively to get a deal done for our growing real estate wholesaling team.

Ideally you would be spending 6-8 hours per day cold calling. Part time work is acceptable but full-time availability is preferred.

You will be using either ReadyMode or PhoneBurner software to call on property owners in the Pennsylvania (US) to see if they are interested in selling. We use Podio / InvestorFuse as a CRM to track these leads and you would be expected to become familiar with the system.

The job role may expand or change if you are capable and hard working.

The job will pay an hourly rate + ---------- mission is paid out three times – on an appointment, on a property under contact, and on a closed deal!

Must be consistent, on time, and able to work independently. We do not tolerate unmotivated or unresponsive employees in our ---------- munication is key!

-Making calls using the dialer system
-Tracking progress and contacts made
-Tracking deals that you have worked on
-Communicating promptly with management


Requirements & Qualifications:
-Fluency in English, neutral accent
-At least 25 hours a week availability
-No agencies, individual employees only
-Past Cold Calling experience a plus
-Past experience with ReadyMode, Mojo Dialer, Phone Burner or other call systems a plus
-Being consistent and timely
-Very important to be self-motivated and great at communicating
