This position is a work-from-home position.

One Janitorial is a National Janitorial Company that is currently pushing into the USA with our brand-new Ambassador program. Our expansion will require us to hire over 30 people within the next year+. The current people we’re hiring were hiring with the intention of grooming them for management and executive positions in the future.
This position you are reading is for our Book-keeper/Accountant Your job as our bookkeeper/accountant at One Janitorial will be to oversee the full cycle of bookkeeping, from sending invoices to reconciling accounts.
The person we are looking for needs to be competent and able to execute tasks with no supervision. If you have the following qualities, please ensure you apply.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Doing Payroll on the 15th and 1st
Doing AP and getting invoices for approval
Entering our bank transactions
Taking calls from Clients and Partners about payment
Paying the government and other remittances
Organizing our partner contracts and recording payments
Managing your other tea ---------- mber to assist you
Training new employees and making things more streamlined
Hit P&L targets & negotiate with vendors


REQUIREMENTS:
Must speak clear English
Excellent Written English
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper or accountant
Has used QuickBooks and knows it in and out
Knows how to do payroll
Must possess a high level of attention to detail and the ability to follow a task through to completion
Proficiency with both Microsoft Office/Google products and Excel Spreadsheets is considered an asset.
Must have excellent time management and organization skills to complete daily tasks and meet deadlines
Must obtain a high level of energy and not let frustrations get the best of them
Must be adaptable, dependable, and willing to implement new solutions and processes in alignment with our core values and goals.
