I am currently focusing on growing my eCommerce brand where we have a team of 5 talented individuals mostly focused on business development.
I also own about 65 rental properties that are all managed (not so well) by property management company.
I have several different investments, several legal battles and a lot of different transactions I need to track.
I have several businesses on the shelf waiting for my ability to invest time in them.

I am seeking a highly intelligent, process driven rockstar to help develop systems around me
to help free me to be the visionary.
Someone with a growth-mindset to wear the hat of an execution master where no task is too small
while having the ability to create processes to automate all repetitive task and hire other people to
do them once the volume requires it.

Role’s responsibilities (per category):

*Real Estate Property Management*
I have a real estate holding company with a portfolio of 65 single family houses.
This area will require you help in:
• Oversee our property management's performance.
• Hire, negotiate, manage and pay handyman & contractors performing turnover renovation work,
• Create material lists and order materials for renovations.
• Develop systems & processes to increase rents and reduce expenses + overall performance improvements.
• Communication with mortgage service companies and insurance agents when required.
• Record all expenses properly.

*Bookkeeping, reporting, payments management*
Between my companies and personal I have many different bank accounts/credit cards.
This area will require you help in:
• Track and sort all expenses using Quickbooks or similar
• Monthly and quarterly report filing (sales tax, international VAT, payroll, etc)
• Keep/operate a budget tracker
• Bill payments
•Dispute payments

*General Admin Management*
I deal with different legal matters, financial matters, investments etc,
These areas will require you help in:
Email management: draft professional emails, sort & respond to emails
• Phone calls to companies on my behalf (submitting tickets/cases)
• Filling out documents
• Organizing documents & files in a cloud folder
• List things for sale on eBay or Facebook marketplace
• Tools & tech: research & test new tools, onboard and implement
• Help hire & onboard new tea ---------- mbers
• Help track & improve processes across all of my businesses

Key Skills Required:
• Admin Skills: proficiency in Excel, PDF editing, Google drive, email management, etc.
• Communication Skills: ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the company; be 100% responsible for the effectiveness of our peer to peer communications. Must have excellent oral and written skills.
• Task Management Skills: experience with a task management software (we use ClickUp for all project and task management)
• Project Management Skills: planning, communication, scheduling, cost management, negotiation, critical thinking, task management and quality ---------- pensation: Php 50,000-Php 70,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
A performance-based compensation structure will be offered within ---------- days, to align the company goals with yours, you will be able to choose between salary only to performance-based only or a combination of both.
