Bookkeeper

E2W Inc is looking for a Bookkeeper with excellent bookkeeping skills and accounting-related ---------- this role, the successful candidate will be managing the company’s financial records, creating monthly financial statements, general bookkeeping, and other ad hoc tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
Update and maintain the general ledger
Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
Recording of debits and credits
Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers
Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements
Monitor any variances from the projected budget
Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts
Payroll management
Meet with me the CEO a week to review the accounting reports.
Performs other task that may be assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
QuickBooks Online/QuickBooks Certified
Preferably with 5+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
Knowledge of general accounting concepts and principles
High attention to detail
Good communication skills
Organized and self-motivated
High Level of accuracy
