POSITION SUMMARY
The primary role of NOC engineer is to ensure the customers success within Sourcepass. This success is driven by Sourcepass providing world class service, proactive maintenance and monitoring, and securing infrastructure. The NOC team is key to providing these core support services. 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

NOC Services
Antivirus Maintenance
Deployment Validation
Endpoint software Upgrades
Windows Updates Maintenance
Deployment Validation
Resolving failed updates
Installation of Missing feature updates: 1809, 1903, 1909
Scheduling server rebooted as needed
Backups
Acronis
Datto
StorageCraft
Veeam -
Troubleshooting and verifying backups
Miscellaneous Services
DNS filtering Maintenance
LogMeIn Maintenance
Services True ups

Ticket Management
To be onboarded to Sourcepass ticket process and workflows
Ticket Status, Types, Billable, Boards, SLA’s, etc.
Review tickets on NOC board
Complete tickets which you are assigned
If time allows, review unassigned tickets to be worked on within skillset
Timesheets to be completed end of business for the current day
Submitted at the end of the week

Internal Projects
Assistance with Sourcepass internal projects, Research and Development, Proof on Concepts, etc

DESIRED SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of all latest Windows Desktop and Server operating systems
Logs in to work on time and ready to take action
Motivated to resolve issues efficiently
A desire to improve skillset by earning industry certifications (We pay for them!)
Good communicator
Top Notch troubleshooting skills
Follows documentation and offers suggestions for improvements
Takes ownership of issues
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion
Likes to have fun and laugh with a great team
