KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review, process and routes 201 files of newly hired employees of all AUTO & After Market Group.
- Ensures implementation of established company policies, procedures and regulations.
- Records & submits Purchase request forms (PRFs) to Puchasing Dept.
- Prepares Certificate of Employment (COE) and Clearance Certificate for all Auto & After market dealerships.
- Coordinates with the HR Generalist regarding HR & Purchasing concerns.
- Facilitates in routing of Clearance for the resigned employees in all departments for Auto & after Market group.
- Updating HR Generalist for the releasing of FINAL PAY CHECKs.
- Maintains & Updates the clearance database of resigned employee’s.
- Assisting the HR Web Project Administrators in completion of pertinent information and data needed for HR Web Project Implementation.
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Related Course, Psychology, Human Resource Mgt.
- At least 1-2 working experience in the related field.
- Required Skill(s): Keen attention to details, average communication & interpersonal skills.
- Preferrably, female, 20-25 yrs. old.
