JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Full-time Recruiter to join our fast-growing Australian digital marketing agency. You will be developing recruiting strategies in support of organisational staffing objectives as well as execute recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions.

Roles and Responsibilities
Recruit talent including sourcing, interviewing and reference checking.
Sourcing of suitable applicants for a client position by conducting research on job boards, applicant tracking systems, company websites, etc.
Pre-screen job candidates; verifying different items such as qualifications, availability and compensation requirements
Align job candidate profiles with staffing objectives
Source applicants through various methods including advertising, recruiters, job sites, online platforms
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews
Assist with the on-boarding of successful candidates
Coordinate with clients/managers to determine requirements for the position and qualities of an ideal candidate and develop marketing strategies to attract new hires.
Explore creative and innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent
Interact and interface with clients, service providers, and other third parties as applicable in relation to the activities and dependencies of the role.
Update and maintain the requisition logs, reports, and recruitment Database
Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified candidates
Maintain recruiting metrics (cost per hire etc)
Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends
Requirements:
Must have a minimum 2yrs experience in end-to-end recruiting
English language proficiency both written and verbal
Determined, teachable and trustworthy
Ability to tap innovative sourcing channels and strategies
Ability to multitask, and manage time and competing deadlines
Project management tools such as Clickup or Asana
Dropbox and Google Drive experience
Internet speed of 50mbps
Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Experience in media/marketing recruitment is an advantage
