Commercial Construction VA

We are looking for a skilled commercial construction VA to schedule, coordinate, assign jobs, do project research, and communicate with clients.

Experienced in commercial construction is a must (a bonus is if you are experienced in signage, roofing, flooring, Division 10 specialties and walls). Architects, engineers are encouraged to apply if you have experience in project management and are comfortable interacting with clients.

Learn how to do takeoffs using our in-house system (identifying signs for commercial projects)
Receive in new projects or project revisions from clients
Work with the project manager on how to handle projects
Assign tasks to the team through our in-house system by setting project due dates according to the timeline
Understand project management best practices
Communicate effectively with feedback
Is motivated and learns quickly

We are seeking a leader. Someone that will perform QA functions, drive the team to use the new system through testing and direction. We are also seeking someone to communicate directly with clients, do project research when clients have questions and are able to schedule people and projects.

We are developing new software and need someone that is willing to learn as we create this new system. There will be frequent design changes and new methods for doing tasks. We are seeking someone that is adaptable and will not become upset with constant change. Please respond with I love cats in your subject line to confirm you understand and agree to this.

The right person must be comfortable working through email and google chat. We do not do zoom or skype. Therefore, the person must be fluent in written English.

Must have a laptop/desktop

Proficient in Microsoft outlook, Excel, google sheets, google docs
