JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency based in Sydney, Australia. We are looking for a customer success manager who can provide ongoing support to our clients and network with them.

The candidate should be well-versed in digital Marketing, preferably with prior experience of working with a Digital marketing agency. Since the manager will need to liaise with the internal team and developers it's beneficial to understand the whole marketing process.

Responsibilities
Establish clear client retention goals
Act as point-of-contact for customers, advocating for their interests and giving voice to their feedback.
Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
Assist customers & internal team and customers with periodic progress reports.
Help Client onboarding with initial processes.
Promote the value of the product by understanding different pricing models
Upsell services and products with the brand image
Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.
Liaise with the internal team for upcoming milestones and deadlines, and mitigate roadblocks or delays.
Review and assess customers' progress and offer recommendations based on results.
