In addition to your $400 USD per 2-week salary
Any tracked commission lead that equals a sale will give you an additional $50 USD
General Duties (We will have video training for you on all of this)
Generate leads to appointments (4 Hours a day)
Dialing potential customers from lists
Following up on Zillow leads
Following up on digital marketing leads
Nurture leads (3.5 Hours a day)
Work with client to get pre-approved
Gather and answer clients’ questions about potential homes and local community information
Provide clients pricing information and market research
Identify homes to show that they meet clients’ criteria
Refine clients’ criteria and select additional homes to show as necessary
Schedule showings of homes with clients, listing agents and/or home sellers and handle agent help requests
Promptly return all clients telephone calls, texts and/or
Behavioral (30 Minutes)
Keep lead agent informed on all client communications and developments (copied on all
