JOB OVERVIEW

For our e-commerce, dropshipping stores, and Brands I'm looking for a dedicated customer service support rep.

You must have experience working with other clients before, you are solution-oriented, highly organized, independent, and have outstanding English speaking and writing levels. This will be a full-time position within our Team, you must be available 6-8 hours per day - for 6 days a week. (this will be reduced to 4-5 days in a later stadium)

Your Responsibilities and to-dos will include;
- Answering e-mails from customers using templates
- Think with the team on improvements on how we can increase customer satisfaction
- Handling >facebook comments; directly reaching out to customers by e-mail
- Handling Klarna, Paypal disputes
- Dispute management in Click-up - communication with suppliers for resends, reshipments, etc.
- Refunding customers/keeping track of refunds

Requirements;
- Perfect English speaking and writing
- High-level communication skills
- At least 1 year experience with customer support for dropshipping companies or e-commerce business
- Experience with Helpscout, Helpwise or other CS tools
- Experience with Click-up (creating tickets etc)
