Experienced Property Management Officer

Our team is looking for an experienced and high energy property manager looking to take on a high paced role. The successful applicant will have experience using a number of our softwares, scheduling & sourcing contractors, communicating with guests, dealing with airbnb resolutions and problem solving.

Role Requirements:
- Fantastic written and spoken english
- Ability to negotiate pricing with contractors
- 3+ Years of short term rental management experience or hotel management experience
- Follows systems and processes well
- Experience sourcing and scheduling contractors
- A solid understanding of the Australian property management landscape

- Guesty (EXTENSIVE)
- Breezeway (EXTENSIVE)
- Airbnb
- ----------
- VRBO / Stayz
- Asana
- Slack
