The Role:
As a Customer Care Tea
Your day to day will include:
> Taking inbound phone/making outbound phone calls to our customers and courier providers
> Investigating freight issues with our various Courier and Freight providers (short deliveries; ETA’s for deliveries)
> Management of the Customer Care
> Data Entry Tasks (entering delivery information for various orders in our online platform; adding notes into records)
> Helping customers with queries
> Additional duties and responsibilities as you grow

About You:
> Fantastic Customer Service Skills
> Professional phone manner and clear spoken English Language Skills
> Ability to multitask and prioritise work with minimal supervision
> Ability to work under pressure
> Positive open-minded attitude to learning
> Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively
> Ability to work proactively under time constraints
> Can use/learn technology/software effectively and efficiently
> Previous experience working with Australians will be highly regarded
> Netsuite experience will be highly regarded
