Minimum Skills Required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior nursing knowledge, and passion for training future nurses • Prior experience writing NCLEX-style questions or willing to learn• Prior experience working in an academic institution preferred • Ability to think strategically and analytically and execute conceptual ideas into a finished product • Ability to provide, receive, and respond to feedback positively

Experience in item writing and reviewing in a variety of question formats preferred including:
SATA, multiple-choice, Next Generation NCLEX, and alternative format ---------- fortable working within Google Sheets (spreadsheets)
