ON-SITE Videographer and Part-time Video Editor. 2 Jobs in ONE. You will Shoot ONSITE. Then take home the footage to edit. Must be LOCAL or willing to Commute or Relocate to Pampanga. We are looking for a home-based Video editor that can shoot videos onsite. You have to Shoot on ONSITE Weekly. Based in LUZON and Videographer willing to work in Pampanga. Although this Video Editing position is HOMEBASED, occasional visits to our Factory in Pampanga will be required. 2-3 times Weekly Video Shoots. Home-Based Video EDITING. if you don't have video editing skills, we can offer you just the Videographer position.

We are looking for an experienced video editor with the following requirements:

1. Experience with Video Hooks, especially in the first 10 to 15 seconds.
2. Understand Youtube Transitions every 15 to 30 seconds.
3. If you have an existing Youtube channel, you will get extra bonus points.
4. Experience with Thumbnails
5. 15 to 30 days of Paid Training reimbursed only after 90 days of probation. This is because some people volunteer for training and perform terribly and quit. Then demand to be paid right away for training completed.

Prefer computer science graduates
Ability to train film crew and mentor to provide the best footage for video editing. Do not charge a consulting rate. You will be disqualified !!!!!!!!

Pay is hourly, but once videos are based lined, we will establish a flat fee for videos based on Lenght and complexity.
Lets aim for a flat fee for 1 min, 2 min, 3 min and 4 minute videos. Any questions? Let us know.

Based Salary is P15,000 to P30,000 plus a Youtube bonus. Viral videos and High performing videos will receive Bonus ---------- some cases, the BONUS will be Bigger than your Salary. For example, let's say your salary is P20,000 but your videos are producing lots of traffic and revenue, we don't mind doubling or tripling the payout.
