Our company is seeking an Experienced, Part-Time (4 Hours Per Week to Start), Bookkeeper to join our growing team and assist with our daily financial tasks.
We are a Hospitality Coaching Company based out of Australia. Our client base is spread throughout the country, as well as in New Zealand and the USA.

As the bookkeeper for our company, you will be responsible for the completion of weekly cash balance movement reports, setting up creditor payments, reconciliation tasks, and other miscellaneous financial tasks.
To do well in this role you should have previous experience as a Bookkeeper and have used Xero or Quickbooks.
Responsibilities:
- Recording day-to-day financial transactions
- Reconciliation of accounts for budgets
- Monitoring financial transactions and reports
- Working with an accountant when necessary
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of general accounting principles
- Knowledge of bookkeeping software
- At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero, Quickbooks, or MYOB
- Able to prepare, review and understand a financial statement
