Part-Time Motion Designer with a passion for film and video games.

Hi there!

I'm hiring a part-time motion designer to animate social media graphics and create short reels in After Effects (Not Canva).

REQUIREMENTS
• Design education or Proven experience as a motion/graphic designer
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Expert skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Understanding 3D is a bonus.

For this position, you must possess the following qualities to be successful:
• Fluent in English
• Great eye for design.
• Solid understanding of composition, color, grid systems, typography, etc.
• Can implement a complex idea without too much difficulty.
• Fast implementer & Self Starter.
• Dependable & Trustworthy.
• Detail Oriented.
• Have a "Get the Job Done" Attitude.
• Basic understanding of the entertainment industry.
• Familiar with terms like Zbrush, Substance painter, Quixel, and Photogrammetry.

ABOUT THE POSITION
• Capacity to create good design in the Adobe suite, NOT just Canva (Very important).
• Ability to animate graphic assets based on a specific look and feel.
• Develop mood boards for proposals.
• Create beautiful share graphics for social media based on distinct brand identity
• Build brand guides and branding templates based on previous work.
• Work 10 hours per week.

ABOUT COMPENSATION
• Pay weekly.
• We give pay increases based on performance.
