JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for a Remote Onboarding Administrative Assistant to undertake the following tasks:

Registering our STR properties with the corresponding city to abide by code.
Adding proper license number(s) and other verbiage to new properties.
Following up to ensure properties are properly synced on all channels.
Become an expert in all of our booking channels and what is needed to comply/be properly listed.
Following up throughout the onboarding process to ensure all homeowner tasks have been completed by the homeowner, such as TPT form, trash bins, YoutubeTV, and more.
Creating listings in Streamline for new properties and ensuring all settings are set up correctly.
Creating new listings in Streamline for existing properties and coordinating the transfer of existing bookings.
Updating Lynx settings for each new home.
Tracking data such as how quickly designers submit receipts, how they adhere to budget

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Have experience with another short-term rental/vacation rental company or property management or hotel experience
Have worked at a BPO company for a US/ UK / Australian company before.
Experience with Zendesk, Appfolio, Guest, or other PMS is a plus
Be fluent in English - and possess excellent English skills
Office and administrative/clerical experience - required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) - required.
Knowledge of Airbnb, VRBO, and other booking channels - required.
Willing to learn Streamline & Monday - required.
Must be organized and detail-oriented - required.
Ability to work independently for extended periods of time
Be able to work flexible hours including WEEKENDS. We will create rotating shifts,
Have a strong work ethic and show up to work on time

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
30MBPS or higher internet speed
i5 or higher processor
Minimum of 8 GB RAM
Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
