JOB DESCRIPTION
A Business Intelligence (BI) Developer produces financial and market intelligence to aid in business decision making through the development of reporting systems. The BI Developer uses and maintains warehouse data to solve organizational problems. A successful BI Developer has a strong working knowledge of business trends and is able to read and analyze product, market, and share trends. You should have strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Create interactive dashboards by incorporating the fundamentals of user interface and user experience design using tools like Qlik;
Gather analytical and visualization requirements for creating end-to-end business intelligence (BI) solutions by leveraging the principles of software development lifecycle (SDLC), supply chain management, prescriptive, predictive and descriptive analytics;
Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries from databases to extract and analyze information, create BI dashboards, and support ad-hoc business requests using Microsoft Office Suite; and
Identify necessary data sources and advanced information system environments like supply chain management and transactional systems, develop and implement ETL processes to create and improve data warehouses using conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling techniques.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Masters and Bachelors degree in Analytics/ Computer Science/ Information Systems or related fields
Proven track record in developing BI tools, including creating interactive applications, dashboards, and reports for business end users
Strong knowledge of Qlikview, Microsoft Access, Excel, SQL
Ability to identify and work within a multitude of data sources with additional ability to structure data validation to ensure data integrity
